Who we are

This website and the Razorloom store are operated by Jazmyne Hudson, 5415 NE Holman St, Portland, OR 97218, United States ("Razorloom", "we", "us"). These terms apply to orders placed with Razorloom at this website. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Products and prices

Product descriptions, images, and prices are shown on the product page at the time you order. We may correct a pricing error before the order ships. If we do, we will contact you before charging the corrected price or canceling the order.

Orders

An order is accepted when we send an order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, if we suspect fraud, or if the information provided is incomplete.

Shipping

Razorloom ships only within the United States. Orders of $35 or more ship free. Orders under $35 ship for a flat $5.90. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Returns

Unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact us before sending a return. The original shipping fee is not refunded, and the customer pays return shipping. Refunds go back to the original payment method after we receive the return.

Intellectual property

The Razorloom name, logo, and the text, graphics, and layout of this website belong to Razorloom or are used with permission. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, or sell any part of this website without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

Governing law and disputes

If you have a problem with an order, please contact us first at help@razorloom.com so we can try to resolve it. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be handled by the state or federal courts located in Multnomah County, Oregon, unless the law of your state of residence requires otherwise.
